1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Viktor Bonino ("we," "us," or "our"), a sole proprietorship (ditta individuale) operating under Italian law, governing your access to and use of SummonAI Kit, including our website, CLI tool, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

SummonAI Kit is a software tool that helps developers enhance their productivity with Claude Code. The Service includes:

• A command-line interface (CLI) for analyzing codebases
• Automatic generation of CLAUDE.md documentation files
• Creation of custom skills and subagent configurations for Claude Code
• Manual skill creation tools
• Access to premium features through paid subscriptions

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use the Service.

4. Subscription & Payment

Billing

Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection). Payment is processed securely through our payment provider, Polar.

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to your next billing cycle.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your subscription, contact us at hello@summonaikit.com to request a full refund.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

5. License & Usage

License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or business purposes.

Generated Content

Files and content generated by SummonAI Kit (such as CLAUDE.md files, skills, and configurations) belong to you. You may use, modify, and distribute these generated files as you see fit.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the SummonAI Kit software itself
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Sublicense, resell, or redistribute access to the Service
• Circumvent any access or usage limitations

6. User Obligations

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Service to generate malicious or harmful content
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Not use the Service to violate the rights of others
• Not use automated scripts to access the Service in an abusive manner

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Viktor Bonino. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with and depends on third-party services, including:

• Claude Code (Anthropic): The AI assistant that uses the configurations generated by our Service
• Polar: Our payment processing provider
• Cloudflare: Our hosting and content delivery provider

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VIKTOR BONINO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Viktor Bonino from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us or through your account settings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Italy, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at hello@summonaikit.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation within 30 days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may pursue formal legal proceedings in accordance with the Governing Law section above.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website prior to the changes becoming effective.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
