Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SummonAI Kit, including this site and the kit itself (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

SummonAI Kit is a one-command setup that installs a set of skills and specialists into Claude Code, and works with Cursor and Codex. It runs locally on your own machine, through your own account with those tools. It does not include or resell access to Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex themselves.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

4. Your account and license activation

Some features require you to sign in once to activate your license. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. A license is for a single buyer and may not be shared.

5. Pricing and payment

The Service is a one-time payment: $199 for the Builder tier or $349 for the Founder tier. There is no subscription. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Polar, which acts as the merchant of record. We may change prices for future purchases, but a change never affects a purchase you have already made.

6. Refunds

You have 30 days from purchase to try the Service on your real project. If it does not make your sessions meaningfully better, email hello@summonaikit.com within 30 days to request a full refund. No questions, no process.

7. License and usage

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or business projects. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the contents of the kit.
• Share your license or account with others.
• Reverse-engineer the Service in order to redistribute it.
• Use the Service for anything unlawful.

8. Intellectual property

The Service and all of its contents are owned by Viktor Bonino and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights. Anything you build using the Service belongs to you.

9. Third-party services

The Service works alongside third-party tools, including Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and Polar. Those tools are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, pricing, or changes.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Results depend on how you use it and on the underlying AI tools, which we do not control. We do not guarantee any specific outcome.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, and any disputes are subject to the competent Italian courts.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.
