Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 13, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how SummonAI Kit (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit this site or use the kit. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Your code stays on your machine

This matters most, so it comes first. The kit runs locally, through your own Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex account. We never receive, store, or have access to your project, your files, or your code. Nothing about what you build is uploaded to us.

3. Data controller

The data controller responsible for your personal data is Viktor Bonino, based in Italy. For any privacy question, contact hello@summonaikit.com.

4. Data we collect

  • Account data: your name and email when you create an account or activate a license.
  • Payment data: handled securely by our payment provider, Polar. We do not see or store your card details.
  • Usage data: IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited, collected through privacy-friendly analytics to improve the site.
  • Support data: the content of any emails you send us.

5. How we use your data

  • To provide and operate the Service and activate your license.
  • To process your purchase and send you essential service emails.
  • To respond to your support requests.
  • To understand aggregate usage and improve the site.
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud or technical issues.
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies that the site needs to function, and privacy-friendly analytics (PostHog) to understand aggregate usage. We do not currently run advertising or third-party tracking pixels. You can control or block cookies in your browser settings.

7. Payments

Purchases are processed by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record. Polar handles your payment information under its own privacy policy.

8. Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted processors:

  • Polar: payment processing and license management.
  • Cloudflare: hosting, delivery, and security.
  • PostHog: privacy-friendly product analytics.
  • Email provider: sending transactional and account emails.

Each processes data only as needed to provide its service, under its own policy.

9. Data retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to those obligations.

10. Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. If you are in California, you can request to know or delete your data, and we confirm we do not sell your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@summonaikit.com.

11. International data transfers

Your data may be processed outside your country by the providers listed above. Where that happens, it is done under appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.

12. Children's privacy

The Service is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact hello@summonaikit.com and we will remove it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
